Payments accepted- Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal QR code(carried with us)

Lawn Mowing Cash Payments – Must be paid on our arrival before mowing can begin.

Pre-Pay Payments-Monthly subscriptions are paid 1 month forward, this means the day your service starts, your monthly payment is due before your lawn can be mowed or your mower serviced. 

Weekly Payment- If you make special arrangements with us to pay by the week, then your payment is due the day before your booking date. 

We reserve the right to change the above at any time without notice*

Skipped service due to no payment – If your booked day is skipped because of missed payment then a one time extra admin fee may be charged at the next booking.

Late Payment- If payment is more than two weeks behind your service will discontinued until your account has been paid up. Please communicate with us so we can work out a plan if you do become behind.

Service cancellation -We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time. We will give you at least a 7 days notice. If you choose to cancel your service then we need at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours you will still be charged for that weeks booking.

Holidays- If you’re booking days lands on a holiday then your booking will be done either the day before or the day after, this is up to our discretion and we’ll notify you of your altered booking day.

Company Holiday – We reserve the right to shut down our services two weeks out of the year. Typically this will happen 1 week in the summer and 1 week between Christmas and New Years and is subject to change at any time. You will be notified in advance.

Complaints- You have 24 hours to file a complaint. Please do so via Email: admin@kaybeemowers.co.uk or you can simply use the ‘Contact Us’ form at the bottom of this page.

 If we miss service or there is an issue please contact us right away and we’ll be sure to rectify it for you.

Skipping lawn mowing Day- We reserve the right to skip your mowing day if access to your garden is blocked, deemed unsafe by our staff, frozen or broken gate, dogs in the backyard that were not approved beforehand, or if you are behind two weeks or more of payment.

If we see dog poop on your lawn we can’t mow it until cleaned up – If your lawn is overgrown or covered in leaves we can not ensure a full mowing service.

Locked Gate- If your gate is locked we will not hop the fence or enter the home. Please unlock it, leave combination, or key on the day. We will re-lock it or make it secure on our way out if we can.

Gates left open – The number 1 rule for us is to NEVER leave a gate open when we leave. We check it is secure, then we always take a photo of it closed before we leave. (This is to ensure your dog’s safety & we will send you the photo if needed.)

Broken Gate or won’t close securely – If one of our staff come across a broken gate we will secure it with zip ties if possible and notify you. 

Unattended Dogs in garden- We at Kaybee Mowers are dog lovers down to the core, but if its deemed a dog is acting aggressive and unattended then we will not be able to service until rectified.

Weather Policy

Heavy Rain – Mowing will be cancelled

Thunderstorms – Mowing may be Cancelled

Excessive Snow on the ground – Will be cancelled

Dog feces – If we can see it – we can’t mow it ! During the autumn & winter months it’s harder to see smaller pet waste in the leaves and under any snow. If this is the case, then we are very sorry but we cannot mow the lawn.

If we need to cancel, then you will always be notified before-hand. You can either choose to be refunded, or we will come out on another day once the weather permits or the lawn is cleaned up.
